The Purity Of Spring

I just love birds! I have been wanting to capture another flock of birds flying or resting on a tree, but everytime I see one, it's always a wrong timing, that I almost wish I wasn't driving. Well, today I got lucky. Yay!!! :)

Finding Beauty

The main reason why I branch out into photography is to take pictures of flowers that I can paint in watercolors. Just like with my paintings, flowers are my favorite subject. I have great passion for flowers – the beauty and joy of it, I try to capture. I love the idea of giving them eternal life by expressing my love for them in paper and paints. Flowers provide me with inspiration, uplift my spirits and give me the satisfaction for finding beauty and connecting to colors. For My Heart

There's a lot of fun things happened over the past weeks that I wanted to blog about, I am so behind. But let me share with you this new joy of mine. A package that I have been eagerly waiting for finally came in yesterday, last night actually. I did a test run of it this morning and boy, am I in heaven! I love my new macro love!

Spring Dream

Are you ready for Spring? I am! I can't wait to see all the beautiful cherry blossoms and take tons of pictures again. I can't wait to hear the birds chirping and singing right out my window with cherry blossom trees. This is the time of year where I am more inspired to paint - although I often get distracted waiting for the birds to land on the branches with my camera ready on hand. I'm sure you were wondering if this picture is from this year already. It is from my archives..I took a lot of pictures last year and only had the chance to post a few. Enjoy!

"13" A Great Number Of Blessings

It's our 13th Year Anniversary of Marriage this year, 14th February to be precise. After my hubby and I had our dinner at the Chinese Restaurant at the 57th Floor of 63 City (dinner iPhone pictures to follow) we snapped for a few pictures and played around with lights and our new joy, Lensbaby. Actually, more of my joy! I am having so much fun with this lens and I am determined to excel on this. I just love how my husband captures pictures of me the way I wanted it to be, soft, blur,distorted...just like a painting. Thank you so much my honeybug, for all your love and support.
